Christine Terrill - Communications Director
Christine established Springhill in 1993. Christine is a qualified Technical Author now with 20 years' experience. Her aim is to provide information services in its various forms to industry.
Christine is a member of the Institute of Scientific and Technical Communicators (ISTC). She is experienced in writing multi-discipline manuals for a wide variety of applications. She ensures a high quality product, adhering strictly to agreed format and content.
Colin Pilcher - Operations Director
Colin, a Mechanical Engineer now with 22 years Project Management and Process experience, joined her in 1997. His skills provide additional technical knowledge to compliment and enhance the business.
Colin has many years experience as Project Manager for Design and Build contracts, encompassing all areas of engineering. He ensures compliance with contract time-scales and provides technical understanding on a wide range of civil, mechanical and electrical issues.
Ema Poole - Office Manager
Ema is the newest member of Springhill and handles the day-to-day running of the office. Ema is your first point of contact for all aspects of the business.
Nigel Hawken - Project Manager
Springhill further expanded in 2001 with the additional expertise provided by Nigel Hawken. Nigel has a strong Electrical & Process Engineering background and also provides support for the technical documentation production.
David Burgess - Mechanical & Electrical Installations Manager
David is extremely experienced in mechanical and electrical installations. He provides a support service for the business and provides valuable technical expertise for mechanical and electrical technical publications. David provides on-site supervision of Springhill’s Installation Team.
Barry Pilcher - Civil & Structural Engineering Consultant
Barry is a Chartered Engineer with 25 years of experience. He is a Partner with Gary Gabriel Associates (GGA), a respected Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy operating across the south of England.
Catherine Collins - Technical Author
Catherine joined Springhill in 2002. Catherine has 10 years experience in technical documentation production. Catherine has particular expertise for on-line documentation.
